1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing a product, or registering for an event on Fruitful Educational Concept ("FEC", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What we offer

FEC is a learning platform offering online courses, digital downloads, physical products, and live events aimed at helping teachers and educators build additional income, skills, and visibility beyond the classroom.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at Fruitecglobal@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payments and pricing

Prices are listed in Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise and are processed securely through Paystack. We don't store your card details. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for.

5. Course access and license

Purchasing a course gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access its content for your own learning. You may not share your login, redistribute course materials, or resell access. Certificates are issued only once every lesson, quiz, and assignment in a course is genuinely completed.

6. Digital and physical products

Digital products (worksheets, recordings, templates) are licensed for your personal or classroom use, not resale or redistribution. Physical products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout; delivery timelines vary by location within Nigeria.

7. Events

Live workshops and Q&A sessions are held at the date and time listed at registration. We'll notify you by email if an event is rescheduled or cancelled.

8. Acceptable use

• Don't share your account or course access with others.
• Don't copy, record, or redistribute paid course content.
• Don't use the platform for anything unlawful or abusive.

9. Intellectual property

All course content, videos, materials, and branding on FEC belong to Fruitful Educational Consult and Build Beyond Classroom Academy, or are licensed to us. Nothing here transfers ownership of that content to you.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You can stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

11. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we're not liable for indirect losses arising from its use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
